In addition to StepLadder, Mark is the founder and CEO of InSequent, a leading digital services platform with over 20,000 SMB customers. Mark also founded Httprint - a commercial print e-procurement and services company. As its CEO from '96-03 Mark raised over $40 million in venture capital from Investcorp and Bertelsmann and led growth that earned a spot on Inc. Magazine's list of fastest growing companies in America. Httprint was sold to Europe's Polestar Group PLC. Mark has spent his entire career in the software industry. He began in sales and marketing, was GM during the IPO of a NASDAQ listed company (sold to Borland) before shifting to entrepreneurial pursuits of his own in the mid-90's.
Mark is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program (AMP) has an MBA from Pepperdine University and BS from Northeastern University.

Prior to co-founding StepLadder, David was an advisor and interim executive for several venture capital and private equity firms, leveraging significant global experience and relationships in the area of corporate and business development. David also served as the GM of Americas for Roamware, Inc - a global leader in mobile value added solutions. While there, David launched operations in Latin America and forged partnerships with some of the worlds largest mobile operators : ATT, American Movil, T-Mobile, Sprint, Telefonica, and Verizon. Prior to Roamware, David was VP of Sales for Httprint, Inc. During his tenure, Httprint was named to the 2002 and 2003 (#102) Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing companies in America. In addition, David has held various sales and management roles with Cognos (now IBM), Diffusion (now OpenText) and Verifone.
David graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a BS in Marketing.
